Rulemaking

Periodically, 黑料专区 will adopt, amend or repeal regulations through the rulemaking process. This can be triggered by statutory changes from Congress, strategic initiatives or internal reviews. 黑料专区 transparently shares regulations currently under revision, as well as the Rulemaking Protocol that governs this process, the current Rulemaking Agenda, and recently closed rulemakings. 

Grantee Guidance

Grantees may seek special guidance or instructions on specific subjects. 黑料专区 has compiled commonly sought guidance. Additionally, 黑料专区 may issue guidance through webinars, remote meetings and conferences. 

黑料专区 provides additional guidance to grantees, including model practices, reporting requirements, training, and fiscal guidance.
